VJ Day in Dartmouth

Beautiful day in the market square for VJ day.

Moving speech by Deputy Mayor, Graham Webb, great music from Ken Wood and lovely food in the community cafe.

Many thanks to Cllr Mike Rowley for all his hard work organising, Jenny Koo’s kitchen for the food donations and decorations, the Castle Crew for baking and working hard all day, Dartmouth Rotary for running the bar and of course our amazing volunteers, who work tirelessly every day supporting our community.

All donations when counted will go to Support Dogs for Veterans, we’ll let you know when we have a total.
