About us – Dartmouth Community Chest

DCC is run entirely by volunteers based in Dartmouth. We work with around 400 people at any one time, referred from agencies, social services, schools, citizen’s advice etc as well as self referral. We help those in need to access further support.

We help to support the most vulnerable individuals and families in our neighbourhood. These are some of the ways we help those in our community –

Community Cafe
Food & Hygiene Pantry
Support Groups
Advice and help on fuel and food poverty.
Daily delivered meals (during pandemic) and food parcels.
Help to find accommodation.
Help with finding furniture and white goods.
