Hamper Scamper! Local businesses join in

Every year the Sue Crew (Sue Payne and Susan Silsbury) collect hampers for us to donate to local families and individuals who struggle with the cost of Christmas.

Local people are brilliant! Generously donating dozens of hampers.

This year, local businesses are getting involved, which is amazing.

We’ll be putting posts up of the shops supporting the community by having collection boxes in their shops.

Goods can be dropped off and hopefully our supporters will shop local and buy a Christmas gift, helping our lovely local shops and the community at the same time.

Big online businesses don’t donate prizes for all the raffles, tombolas and events, our local shops are always there for us, so this year let’s support them too.

If we all spend a few pounds locally, it will make all the difference.
