The community cafe will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10-2, as a warm, safe space with home cooked meals, food to take away and lots of support and advice.

Today was the last day the wonderful Castle Crew volunteered in the community cafe.

Absolutely brilliant day at the community cafe today. Lots of fun and creativity. (We need a bigger cafe! ) Thank you to everyone who helped and joined us. Happy days!

We had a wonderful day at the VE tea dance.

Dartmouth community chest working with Dartmouth town council, Jenny Koo’s kitchen and Ken playing some tunes from back in the day.

We had a lovely afternoon spent with our friends at Beacon House Residential Home. Beacon House said: “We had a wonderful visit from Dawn and her colleagues from the community cafe and enjoyed playing board games & crafts, lots of fun and laughter. Thank you!”

We made soda bread this week at the community cafe. Then we had a lovely ploughman’s with them for lunch. Winner of the soda bread trophy was Mark. Happy days!
